EAST COAST RISE

This project is located in Browns Bay, with a land area of 809 square meters.

The main challenge of the site is its steep slope, but this also offers the advantage of unobstructed, stunning sea views for each home through thoughtful design.

The development aims to create three high-end seaview villas, each with an indoor elevator.

The living spaces are positioned on the third floor to take full advantage of the expansive sea views, complemented by ample balcony space for outdoor enjoyment.
