REELICK ESTATE

This project is located in East Auckland, with a land area of 941 square meters.

The site borders a reserve, offering expansive north-facing natural views, but it is also subject to esplanade reserve restrictions.

The owner wishes to retain the existing building while adding a two-story house with a double garage at the rear of the site.

Due to setback limitations, we placed the main living spaces on the second floor. Through ongoing negotiations, we also secured additional land from the Parks department for the owner’s use.
