WEITI BAY HOUSE

This project is located in Weiti Bay, a private residential community. The building itself is a spacious single-level home covering approximately 400 square meters.

Given the narrow site width and setback restrictions, the design incorporates a central courtyard.

This not only provides all-day natural light throughout the home but also creates a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience, allowing the entire house to enjoy beautiful sea and native bush views.
